Increase the data transfer speed of pen drive in 2 minutes

The other's pen drive is working very fast, but it goes all day to enter the pen drive itself,
The matter is very annoying, but it is possible to get rid of this problem by 2 minutes of work.
Just follow the procedure below:

First connect your USB device.
Go to My Computer and go to Properties by clicking the right mouse button on the USB device's drive icon
Now go to hardwere option
Then click Device Manage located on the left.
Select the option of USB Drive and click on the Properties button below
Now a new window will appear, click on the policy tab and get better performance
OK and by tick the Enable Write option.

Then your pen drive will be able to transfer data faster than before.
