How to stop Facebook ads

There are few people who don't use social media Facebook. The Meta-owned site has users all over the world. The number of users is increasing day by day. Most of the day is spent scrolling through Facebook.

But the pain of advertising has to be endured here too. You went to watch a video and after a while, different ads come and spoil your mood. But if you want, you can stop the ads very easily.

In addition to hiding unwanted ads, feedback can also be given against advertising organizations. Facebook will prioritize your opinion and then show you ads about other topics. As a result, unwanted ads will not appear in your newsfeed.

Here's what you can do to stop ads from appearing in your newsfeed:

1. First click on the three dots icon on the right side corner of the ad that appears.
2. Then select the Hide ad option from the dropdown menu.
3. Now you need to tell Facebook why you want to hide the ad.
4. If you don't want to see an ad for a particular organization, you have to click on the three-dot icon on the top right side of the ad.
5. Click on the 'Why am I seeing this ad?' option there.
6. Go to the next option and click on the Hide button next to 'Hide All Ads from this Advertiser'.
